Welcome to the Cirencester Growth Hub – an exciting and dynamic new initiative that will support businesses across all sectors to drive rapid development and growth. Part of the Gloucestershire Growth Hub Network it is a collaboration between the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester partners and GFirst Local Enterprise Partnership. This modern purpose built facility will offer a vibrant, engaging and inspiring space: a place where state-of-the-art technology, a work-together culture and an exceptional support network come together to shape tomorrow’s thriving enterprises.
Your challenge is to make all of that happen as you take on this extremely varied and wide-ranging role. Managing and developing all aspects of this Growth Hub’s activities, your responsibilities will stretch from developing a business plan and finding eligible businesses and partners to leading a team, managing projects and ensuring the successful delivery of outputs and outcomes. As important as all of that, you will work closely with all many partners as you foster a collaborative culture based on shared ideas and shared goals.
With an entrepreneurial mind-set, you’ll bring outstanding relationship-building and business development skills, as well as proven experience of leading the delivery of business support services. The ability to manage complex projects is also essential, not to mention a real passion for helping new enterprises grow and find solutions to the problems they face. Last but definitely not least, you should be able to create and develop an inspiring vision – and take people with you on the journey.
