Vehicle Rental Platform
Openstart is a vehicle rental platform offering monthly, all-in car subscriptions to customers who want to drive for ridehailing platforms such as Ola, ViaVan, Citymapper and Uber. Our mission is to establish ourselves as the go-to platform for the entire industry all over, starting in the UK.
The Operations Administrator is responsible for assisting and closing qualified leads that are passed through our online website. You’ll be intermingling across various responsibilities to start with, establishing yourself as a key port of contact within our team. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Nurture and close warm leads through high volume outbound calls (50+ calls/day – no cold calls) and via live chat.
• Consult with the clients to assess their needs and offer subscription options which solve their car needs
• Spend time converting enquiries into customers, whilst liaising with supply partners for the vehicle you require.
• Running the tech platform, making sure it is 110% accurate and up-to-date on a daily basis.
• Grads Welcome (2:1 degree preferable)
• Experience selling over the phone
• Understanding of, or experience in, dealing with customers on a daily basis.
• Patience, and a passion for the company
• A relentless drive to exceed monthly sales targets
• Able to cope in a very fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A competitive salary between £21-24k depending on experience.
25 days’ holiday plus all bank holidays
This is a unique opportunity to get involved in a startup from the ground up. Currently based in W5 but will be relocating to the West End within 6 months!
