INITO GROWTH STRATEGIST

Overview of Inito

Inito is redefining at-home healthcare, starting with a breakthrough lab-grade fertility testing monitor. Inito’s mission is to empower people with deeper insights into their bodies, building the future of consumer health, with fertility care only the beginning.

With revenue on track to reach $50 million this year, projected to grow to $80 million next year, and plans to expand into eight new markets over the next 18 months, it’s a really exciting time to join.

Currently six people strong and expected to grow to 15 by year’s end, the current team includes ex. Wolff Olins, Collins and North alumni. Alongside Global Creative Director James Duru (ex. DesignStudio/Further), you’ll help build a game-changing health-tech brand that delivers real results for real people.

Role overview

Inito are looking for a deeply curious, analytical Growth Strategist to be the brains behind their performance creative. You’ll sit at the intersection of data, consumer behaviour, creative and commercial performance – uncovering what’s driving growth, identifying opportunities and turning insights into clear strategies that accelerate the business.

You’ll spend your time digging into performance data, understanding customer behaviour, testing hypotheses and spotting patterns across channels and markets. Crucially, you’ll translate those insights into actionable strategies, briefs and experiments that help the team understand not just what is working, but why – and where they should go next.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional marketing strategy and play a genuinely influential role in a fast-growing health tech business. You’ll combine analytical rigour with curiosity and creative thinking, working closely with channel, creative, product and leadership teams to turn insights into growth – and see the direct impact of your thinking on Inito’s trajectory.

This is a permanent role that will be remote initially but will move to 3 days in the office and 2 days remote by year’s end, once the team is built out.

What you’ll do

Analyse creative performance data – Conduct regular, in-depth analysis of our advertising creative across all performance channels to identify trends, top performers, and areas for improvement.

Develop data-informed creative hypotheses – Formulate clear, testable hypotheses based on your analysis.

Write compelling creative briefs – Translate your hypotheses and insights into concise, inspiring, and data-rich briefs for internal and external creative partners.

Manage the creative feedback loop – Own the process of analysing test results and systematically sharing learnings with the creative and marketing teams to inform the next cycle of iteration.

Conduct competitor and market research – Be the team’s expert on the competitive landscape, constantly monitoring for new creative trends, angles, and formats that Inito can adapt and test.

Partner with channel managers – Work as a strategic partner to paid social and search managers, providing them with a steady stream of creative insights to improve their channel performance.

Platform strategy – Own how the brand approaches Meta/TikTok/etc. rather than being purely a support function to channel managers.

Audience & targeting strategy – Identify who to target, how audiences perform and where to find incremental growth.
