We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our recruitment agency’s client portfolio in the IT sector. If you have business development talent and client acquisition experience and are ready to work on a commission-based model, this might be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
Actively search for and approach new clients for our recruitment agency in the IT sector, including clients across the European Union.
Contact with potential clients to establish new partnerships
Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients
Manage and expand the client database to maximize new business opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, ideally within recruitment or the IT sector
High-level proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients across the E.U.
Own work tools (e.g., CRM, client search tools) and the ability to work efficiently from home
An unlimited calling plan, as the role involves frequent client calls
Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuasively present our agency’s services
Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and results-oriented mindset
