With a focus on beautiful design, intuitive usage and automated everything, ezyVet will change the way any clinic runs and we want Sales & Business Development people to convert them.
This will be your career defining opportunity if you have the hunger for it. You definitely get out what you put in, and some! The more leads you chase, qualify and convert the more you’ll earn. Take into account a decent ramp up period but once you ‘get it’ you could achieve and probably exceed £100k+ OTE however there are tradeoffs. Leads are global and volume is huge. Currently it’s like shooting fish in a barrel with no quotas but the prep to get them filleted and on the table takes time, effort and accuracy. You’re fishing night and day because somewhere else in the world the market wants ezyVet. Boundaries will only be those you restrict yourself with and no one will be holding you back from achieving your hopes, dreams and aspirations.
Right now our London office is setup to cover Northern Hemisphere customers with support and implementation services. At present North America is really driving our growth but the UK and Europe have an abundance of opportunity we just haven’t nurtured yet, there are loads of leads to jump on but not enough resource to really make an impact, until you join that is! Historically all sales and business development has been handled by our NZ based team but our intention with this post is to create a sales function dedicated to developing ezyVet’s EMEA exploits (with a bit of US east coast in there too). You’ll be, qualifying, nurturing and importantly converting leads. This is intense work that rewards those who really get alongside our potential customers and help them find the solution they require with ezyVet.
ezyVet is complex enterprise software that requires in depth knowledge of the product, add-on partners and the workflows of a veterinary practice to really unlock the true potential it’s capable of providing. Our Sales team generally have most interest coming from the North American, UK and European markets. This means a spread of time zones, cultures and tech literacy to grapple with. You will be office based, presenting webinar demo’s to potential customers ranging in size and complexity across different time zones or travelling globally to exhibit at some of the world’s largest industry trade shows. It’s a busy role with a hefty travel commitment so before you apply please consider at least 1 week of every month will likely be on the road.
