Expertise.tv is solving this problem. Our simple-to-use platform integrates key tools such as a live video broadcaster, a community builder, a content marketing system and social media integrations, to provide a low-risk path for experts with no online experience to take the first steps. Then paired with buckets of support and training, we hand-hold our customers to launch successfully and ultimately transform their career and lives.
Your role as an Account Manager is to onboard and manage our new users whilst working with them to launch their businesses on the Expertise.tv platform. Using our unique onboarding approaches, new users quickly upgrade and become customers on the platform, meaning ourAccount managers are able to quickly grow and establish a strong portfolio of clients.
Already our customers are generating significant revenue on the platform and our next goal is to now scale this to over 25,000 experts in the next 24 months.
Procrastination is our biggest competitor, therefore it is key that you possess strong communication and rapport building skills in order to encourage your portfolio of customers to take action at the start and maintain momentum over the first 8-12 weeks of their launch.
Full training is provided, although experience within sales, social media marketing, and relationship management would be an advantage.
