Our simple-to-use platform enables experts to build profitable businesses online using a feature set that includes live video broadcasting; community building; content marketing; social media marketing; and sales funnels. Customers are then partnered with a dedicated Online Business Coach to launch their business successfully and ultimately transform their career.
What stage of growth is Expertise.tv at?
With over 20,000 users and top-performing customers generating up to 5-figure revenue levels on the platform, we are now looking to scale our sales and account management teams from 6 to 30, over the next 9 months.
What would I be doing each day?
As an Onboarding Specialist (Sales Executive) your role is to build relationships with the new consultants, coaches and experts that register on the platform everyday. Using a consultative approach, you will discover their most pressing business growth goals and what obstacles are preventing them from achieving them.
With this clear in your mind, you work with your Online Business Coaching Team to develop a solution that overcomes their obstacles and helps them achieve their goals. This would cover such things as developing an organic marketing strategy, improving their sales funnel or helping them develop video content to engage with their community.
What is my career path?
Expertise.tv is at a growth-inflection point and intends to follow an internal promotion strategy over the next 12 months. Therefore all candidates taken on during this round of recruitment will be the first choice for team lead and trainee management roles being fill in May-June. There is also the option to move into account management after a successful first 2 months.

What will I bring to the role?
It is important you have:
- 1+ years’ sales or customer service experience
- Strong relationship building and written and oral communication ability (ability to lead and control a phone discussion to ensure efficiency)
- Outstanding time management skills and proficiency at multitasking
- Motivated by success in numbers, and driven to achieve your targets
- Actively contribute to and enjoy being part of a team
- Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products
- Excited by change and ability to excel in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to ‘think smart’ and adapt quickly
It would be advantageous (but not essential!) if you have:
- Experience working in an online marketing or business growth or SaaS business
- Experience working with coaches or consultants
Where will I be based?
Our full-time roles are based in either our Moorgate office in the City of London or in our new Miami Beach office opening in March 2019. After probation is complete, you have the option to base yourself in either location.
We are also offering flexible and remote contracts for people would like to travel around the world or work from home. As our client based covers Australia, UK, USA and Canada we can offer various timings, although during the first 6 months the timings are 10am to 6pm.

Commission: £1,000-£1,400 per month (uncapped, but this is the expected range after 3 months)
