In-House Recruiter – Corgi Insurance
Corgi Insurance is a YC-backed insurtech ($108M raised, $630M valuation). We’re scaling fast and need someone to own our hiring pipeline end to end.
What You Will Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all roles (finance, ops, engineering, growth)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals
- Screen and assess candidates for culture fit and role alignment
- Manage ATS, coordinate interviews, and drive offer processes
- Build employer brand and talent pipelines for future roles
- Track recruiting metrics and optimize conversion at each stage
What We Are Looking For:
- 1-3 years recruiting experience (startup or agency)
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, creative channels)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized and able to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously
- Passion for startups and building teams from scratch
