Assistant / Generalist – Corgi Insurance
Corgi Insurance is a YC-backed insurtech ($108M raised, $630M valuation) building AI-powered business insurance. We need a sharp, scrappy generalist to work directly with the VP of Operations.
What You Will Do:
- Support day-to-day operations across the company
- Manage scheduling, communications, and admin workflows
- Help coordinate hiring pipelines and candidate communications
- Assist with investor relations, board prep, and reporting
- Research, data entry, and project coordination
- Be the connective tissue that keeps things moving
What We Are Looking For:
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, and modern tools
- Startup mentality: willing to do whatever needs doing
- Previous experience in ops, admin, or EA roles is a plus
