The role is designed to grow into a full cycle sales position, giving you the opportunity to run demos, manage opportunities independently, build proposals, and close your own deals.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, resilient, coachable, organised, and motivated by both personal growth and meaningful work.

- Maintain accurate pipeline and prospect data within our CRM and internal systems
- Collaborate closely with commercial team on campaigns, messaging, and target accounts
- Support the preparation of proposals, sales presentations, and client facing materials
- Monitor sector trends, competitor activity, and developments within the charity and membership sector
- Develop toward independently managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
What we’re looking for
- Essential: A minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or business development role.
- Essential: Experience prospecting, writing outreach, following up, qualifying interest, and maintaining momentum with early-stage leads.
- Essential: Experience supporting or working within a consultative sales process.
- Essential: A genuine interest in understanding and helping purpose driven organisations.
- Essential: Experience using CRMs or sales engagement tools
- Desirable: Experience in an IT, SaaS, software, digital agency, CRM, or technology services sales environment.
You’ll be a great fit if you are
- A confident communicator with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, detail focused, and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups effectively.
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Proactive and resilient, with the motivation to create and sustain outbound prospecting activity.
- Commercially minded while remaining empathetic and consultative.
- Able to quickly understand customer challenges and communicate relevant value clearly.
