We are looking to employ an Sales Support Executive with outstanding administrative and communication skills. Sales Support Executive Responsibilities: –        Adding orders on Data File and following up with the Sales Team regarding orders placed during trade shows and online. –        Monitoring customer accounts and stock levels. –        Ensure accurate invoicing for all clients. –        Coordination of customer set up and vendor set up. –        Issuing call tag. –        Maintain accurate orders and samples records to ensure timely follow up with the client prior to delivery date. –        Dealing with all other daily administrative task. –        Keeping up to date back-order reports for inventory. –        Preparation of samples and presentation. –        Liaising with customers special requirements. –        Providing administrative support to the Sales Team. –        Updating price list for new launch products. –        Manage sales administration and customer enquiries in person, by telephone and e-mail. –        Liaise with operations, marketing and Buying Team. –        Any other ad hoc duties as required. –        The role requires a competent multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail.
