Product Development Administrator West London £20,000 + KPI Based Bonus A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the fastest-growing companies specialising in the design, development and distribution of gadgets and trendy gifts. Thumbs Up operates out of the UK & China and distribute their well-known gift and gadgets products to large clients across Europe, US and the Middle East. We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated and personable Administrator. Reporting to the Product Director & Head of Product you will play a key role in assisting them with the development of product and managing the product team. You will support them with a variety of important administrative tasks, key to the function of Product development team, a key factor of Thumbs Up’s DNA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience and will enjoy getting stuck in to a busy role. You must have an upbeat, positive approach, and be willing to be flexible, as no two days are the same. With a keen eye for detail and good organisation skills, you must be ready to work in a fast-paced creative environment, The main responsibilities are: ·         Assisting the both the Director and Head of Product with admin tasks ·         Assisting and administrating various Product Team projects ·         Managing and compiling various team reports ·         Managing the critical path and the product development process to help deliver products smoothly and on schedule. ·         Develop and Maintenance of Thumbs Up’s product database, TU Link ·         Managing the administration of Project Management software, such as Trello ·         Raising purchase orders and other admin tasks ·         Managing the calendars and team rotas ·         Assisting the Product Managers where needed ·         Coordinating/prioritising general ad hoc administrative tasks required by the team ·         Assist with the day to day running of the product development process Key skills and personal qualities required: ·         2+ years’ administrating experience ·         Be computer literate and confident using MS Office particularly Excel ·         A positive, upbeat personality ·         English language to business level ·         A positive attitude and high levels of motivation ·         Impeccable organisation and communication skills, with a willingness to learn more ·         Excellent attention to detail ·         A good team player ·         A flexible approach ·         Strong relationship building skills ·         A genuine interest in the design and retail industry
