About The Good Mood Co We are an AI-based preventative health & wellness platform. Our mission is to empower people to take control of their health, naturally. Working with academic and industry leaders, we tie in the latest scientific innovations to help our customers understand what’s going on inside their body and provide a holistic and effective natural wellness plan that is uniquely formulated for them. Our AI draws data from qualitative assessments, biomarker analysis and wearables to personalise lifestyle, nutrition and supplement recommendations providing a multi-dimensional solution to improve physical and cognitive health. We are a small but growing team working remotely from London and Berlin and are supported by UCL Innovation & Enterprise as well as Innovate UK.
In this role, you will:
- Work with the founding team to launch a new suite of products to market (UK initially, products include nutritional supplements, at-home testing kits and a mobile app)
- Own the day-to-day marketing activity for The Good Mood Co with a focus on, but not limited to, social media (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), partnerships and email/CRM
- Deliver organic growth through ever-green social content and exciting campaigns executed through owned, earned and paid channels
- Test channels, creative and messaging to continuously refine approach
- Own the customer journey, from first touch point to repeat purchase and referral, using a test & learn focused approach to continually optimise conversion
- Present weekly performance and new ideas to stakeholders internally
- Work with external partners (freelancers & agencies) to help you execute

Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience working in eCommerce marketing
- Have worked in marketing with a start-up, or early stage-business before
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with Shopify or a similar website platform
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience in ad campaign management
Details:
- Salary – £30,000 – £40,000
- Remote (team is based in London & Berlin)
