About the role
In Community Experience & Communications you’ll get the opportunity to work in multiple parts of the business. You’re an extrovert that loves going out and meeting and chatting to new people. You love writing creative copy and you have strong tone of voice. You’re not shy to solve the problems facing our community as well as business.
Operations side of the role
- Customer and seller support
- Contribution to business-wide projects either directly involving or indirectly impacting operations
- Management and ownership of user data, including data updates
- Assisting in the on-boarding of and account opening with new sellers and hosts
- Private party outreach and management
Growth side of the role
- Managing the content that comes in from the community (images, video and written)
- Setting up and sending newsletters
- Engaging with our audience on a daily basis across our social channels
Who we are looking for
You will be challenged in an environment that requires quick thinking and the desire to work at a level commensurate with the high standards set by our team – in particular we’ll expect you’ll:
Love food! Whether cooking, eating or taking pictures. It’s a hobby and passion.
Be well organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
Have impeccable attention to detail
Have the ability to create engaging and creative copy
Possess some knowledge of social media
Display excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, is essential for this position
Have some experience of analysing metrics and data to guide decisions and make recommendations
