Role summary
To deliver outstanding results across your chosen channel (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, DV360 or Facebook).. You will report into the Team Manager, with the role requiring you to work closely with clients and colleagues, helping them to set up, manage and optimise multiple campaigns. You will be responsible for the activation, optimisation and performance analysis for your allocated accounts, helping govern overall strategy and ensuring that ROI and performance targets are reached. You will need to deliver regular reports and actionable insights to both clients and internal stakeholders, showing campaign results, highlighting key trends and offering suggestions for continued improvement.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years’ experience working within a paid media position. Agency experience is preferable; however, we will consider candidates from client side with experience working within relevant biddable media channels.
- You will need a commercially focused, can-do attitude, mixed with a friendly and positive outlook.
- A strong passion for all forms of digital advertising is essential, relishing the prospect of working across multiple accounts and platforms within a fast-paced agency environment.
Communication
Regularly engages with relevant Client Experience contacts on account/campaign utilisation & the updating of Advan bookings. Can liaise directly with the client when needed and able to present within client meetings.
Role Management
Ability to fully own accounts, build campaigns, ad creative, optimise etc. Offer regular analysis & insight into account/campaign performance. Advanced working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint for the purpose of reporting & presenting.
Commercial Acumen
Update Advan bookings where appropriate, such as during the monthly billing process. Correctly pace accounts to clients defined monthly budgets. Strong attention to detail in biddable channels to prevent over/under spends.
Leadership & Initiative
Proactively undertakes relevant platform exams & accreditations. Demonstrate an interest in supporting senior colleagues where possible, with a hunger to contribute to the agency’s growth & success. Proactively conduct strategy audits to identify new solutions & ideas for clients before they need to be asked for.
Strategic Excellence
Attend basic training on all other digital channels internally at S&T. Have a basic working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
