Sessions Market is looking for a passionate individual to join our team as Sales Operations Manager, reporting to the Commercial Director. This role sits at the heart of their business, ensuring their brands can scale like wildfire through a network of operator ‘Hosts’. The role will be responsible for coordinating the sales process, managing our sales pipeline using CRM software, researching potential hosts, and providing our sales teams with high-quality information to help them secure great partnerships.

What will you be doing?
Your role is to work across the sales team to make them more effective and improve their results by improving the data they have, the materials they can use, and how we manage our pipeline of leads and the data we produce.
You will do this by:
- Establishing and managing a best in class CRM process
- Researching potential hosts, identifying contacts and relevant information and providing this to our sales teams around the country.
- Managing sales data and producing management reporting including revenue forecasts
- Helping to set performance targets for sales teams
- Developing learnings and optimise the sales process to support better sales performance and improve host performance
- Developing sales materials to help the sales team deliver and close deals.
- Inputting to sourcing / recommending new brands to be added to the network;
- Being the eyes and ears of what’s across the sales team and use this insight to influence and contribute to the business strategy
- Playing a key role in onboarding new members of the sales team
Who are they looking for?
- Two years of sales/ commercial experience working in a similar role
- 1:1 or 2:1 from top university
- Experience owning the end to end sales process and working with CRM software
- Strong organisational skills and program management capability
- Ability to identify and solve problems and lead growth enabling initiatives
- Strategic thinker able to elevate the business from the day-to-day where appropriate;
- Well-rounded individual able and willing to flex to take ownership where necessary outside of their areas of core responsibility;
- Strong commercial acumen with management skills;
- Excited by the end game and motivated by building an enormous enterprise;
- Prepared to work very hard, take responsibility and make decisions at speed, comfortable finding order in chaos;
