Reducer connects into a business’ accounts to identify customised deals, across multiple areas, in just a couple of clicks. Our customers love our service and we are growing fast. We’ve just raised our second round of funding and we are heading into a phase of rapid expansion. The team and environment Our success is entirely owned by our team, who are all self-starters that enjoy working together to hit our ambitious targets. The office is relaxed and informal, we often play music, eat lunch as a team and share a game of darts (not all at the same time). Your role You are a versatile and talented web application developer. You will work alongside the CTO, Stuart, to help set the product roadmap. You will spend most of your time building features from loose and high-level requirements, bringing in team knowledge as you need it. About you You will meet most of our key requirements including:
- Experience developing web applications
- Excellent all-round programming skills (any language)

Java and Javascript might not be your best programming languages, which is fine if you excel in other languages and have at least some proficiency in our key languages. You might have some of our value-add requirements:
- Experience of increasing user conversion/engagement
- AWS skills (DynamoDB, S3, Elastic Beanstalk and more)
- Experience of Javascript frameworks, particularly VueJS
We are open minded about where you developed your skills. We anticipate hiring a senior or mid-level developer, but if you believe you are an exceptional early-career candidate (with significant personal development experience), we encourage you to apply. What to expect
