About Reducer
Reducer is a rapidly growing London based startup helping accountants to find savings for their clients.
Businesses have purchasing requirements that are too complex for traditional price comparison approaches to work. Reducer works with accountants to connect into a business’ accounts and identify customised deals in just a couple of clicks. Our customers love our service and we are growing fast.
We’ve just raised our second round of funding and we are heading into a phase of rapid expansion.
The team and environment
Our success is entirely owned by our team, who are all self-starters that enjoy working together to hit our ambitious targets. The office is relaxed and informal, we often play music, eat lunch as a team and share a game of darts (not all at the same time).
Your role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline of accountants. This will involve telesales, online webinars, face-to-face meetings and attending & networking at industry events. You will be responsible for hitting your own target as well as contributing towards the company target. Your entrepreneurial nature will be key in driving the business forward.
About you
You will meet all of our key requirements including:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Persistence in the face of adversity
You don’t need to have experience in sales but will have the qualities and personality type to do the role well. Most importantly, you will have a ‘never give up’ attitude.
You might have some of our value-add requirements:
- Experience selling into accounting firms
- Great organisation skills
- Experience mapping large organisations
Organisation skills will be a big help in this role as planning and managing your everchanging diary (sometimes at the last minute) is key to ensuring you are being effective with your time.
What to expect
- Equity in the company
- Flexible working arrangements
- An inclusive approach where you are regularly consulted on our direction
- A hard working environment but without the long hours
- Regular team events and socials
- Enrolment in our pension scheme
