The Team:
We’re a small, female-led team of hard-working and conscientious individuals. We are all highly motivated and work together to support each other to ensure we continue to put on high-quality events. Due to the nature of the team, you will be given a lot of responsibility from day one but we’ll be there to help guide you when needed!
The Role will grow and develop, as will your knowledge of our events, but as a guide here is what you can expect:
- Grow and lead attendee registrations for global events
- Meet and exceed set event sales revenue targets
- Effectively and confidently communicate the value of attending our events via email, phone, Intercom and in-person
- Generate leads through intelligent & in-depth research, working closely with event organisers
- Use different mediums, such as LinkedIn and networking at external events, for lead sourcing and outreach
- Liaise with event organisers, marketing team on sales strategy and performance
- Promotion of our events through social media profiles to maximise customer engagement and interest while representing the brand with a high level of professionalism
- Identify and implement new ways to drive attendance and increase sales
- Develop and grow the RE•WORK brand, customer loyalty and retention
- Maintain excellent rating for customer relations
- Build relationships with existing attendees and develop customer relations through managing inbound enquiries and outbound communication
You:
Experience in Customer Relations, Sales and CRM is desired. Personality, work ethic, and organisation skills are paramount. We’re looking for a team member with:
- Ability and desire to negotiate and close sales

- Dedication to detailed research and lead generation
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professionalism and confidence when communicating with external parties and the team
