About You:
Fired up with enthusiasm for amazing customer service, you are ready to become part of a team who are committed to serving their customers with top-quality solutions and excellent service. You will be really comfortable using computers and probably already run your life on cloud based systems. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery team & management team.
Day to day duties will include:
- Answering customer support tickets and liaising with customers on the telephone/video calls
- Creating and managing customer documentation on our custom platform
- Writing online user guides
- General office administration
- Most importantly, you will be partly responsible for maintaining QV Systems’ excellent reputation. We are a young company so you will need to be ambitious, flexible, trustworthy, hungry for success and a self-starter.

Essential:
- Experience of and a belief in the importance of customer service
- Confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to various audiences
- Creativity and desire to enhance processes and bring fresh ideas to the workplace
- A self-starter who has the ability and initiative to learn new skills quickly including adopting new processes and technology
- A high level of IT literacy and a clear understanding of software applications
- Excellent organisational skills
Desirable:
- Experience of financial services
- 3 A Level grade A* – C or equivalent
