Customer Success Assistant

We are a SaaS start-up based in Bedford. We provide software for the asset, automotive and consumer finance industries. Could you be part of our success story?

About You:

Fired up with enthusiasm for amazing customer service, you are ready to become part of a team who are committed to serving their customers with top-quality solutions and excellent service. You will be responsible for supporting the customer service/implementation team and the management team.

Day to day duties will include:

Answering customer support tickets and liaising with customers on the telephone
Creating and managing customer documentation on our custom platform
Writing online user guides
General office administration

Most importantly, you will be partly responsible for maintaining Quotevine’s excellent reputation. We are a young company so you will need to be ambitious, flexible, trustworthy, hungry for success and a self-starter.

Essential:

An aptitude for and a belief in the importance of customer service
Excellent written communication
Excellent verbal communication
5 GCSEs grade A* – C or equivalent
Self-starter
Intellectually curious
IT literacy

Desirable:

Experience of financial services
Full UK driving licence
