So what’s the job?
Queensmith are on the hunt for a data-driven and tech-savy Digital Marketing Executive who will work closely with the Brand Director. You will play a central role in planning and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy.
You will analyse data across the entire user journey to create actionable insights, geared towards finding opportunities for growth, increasing awareness, engagement and improving customer experience.

- Supporting the Brand Director with the planning, execution and post-performance analysis of the overall digital marketing strategy, across SEO, Paid Social, PPC, Display and future channels.
- Analyse data across all platforms to create actionable insights, forecast trends and report on marketing activities to the wider team
- Work with the SEO team to optimise our site and increase organic traffic
- Work with the Paid Media team to help create and deliver high-performing ads (PPC, Social, Display)
- Work with the Customer Care team to ensure CRM data is accurate in order to create effective customer segments and audiences
- Run email campaigns and newsletters, using CRM and marketing automation to deliver personalised, targeted communications to their customers at every stage of the user journey
- Ensure third-party sites have the latest, up-to-date information on our business and seek further opportunities to grow their inbound links
- Coordinate and optimise their reviews strategy to increase the percentage of customers leaving reviews on Trustpilot and Google
- Stay abreast of innovative, emerging digital tools and platforms, sharing insights across the team
- Track ecommerce orders, cart abandonment and assist in the fulfilment of online orders where necessary
- Support the Marketing team on ad-hoc projects when required
- Support Sales team in retail operations when required
Do I fit the bill? 🕵️
- 1 year experience in Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- 1 year of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Familiarity with web design
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
