The role
This is a unique opportunity for a talented and driven individual who wants to experience working at a fast-growing and globally focused media startup.
A crucial role in the team, the Campaign Manager oversees their own roster of creators, with the support of an Associate and/or Coordinator. They are responsible for providing a holistic service from managing creators’ partnerships to providing advice on broader business and channel strategy. This role reports to the Head of Creator Partnerships.

What will you be doing?
- Oversee a portfolio of creators, providing end-to-end management of partnerships which includes:
- Negotiating deliverables and fees
- Managing campaigns
- Proactively pitching for new work
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to creators and brands/agencies
- Share knowledge and insights regularly to ensure high quality content creation, channel growth and increased engagement
- Provide advice to creators on broader business and channel strategy to secure new opportunities and diversify their income streams
- Foster a positive learning environment that allows Associates and Coordinators to thrive and grow in their role
- Contribute to new processes for improving current workflows in order to drive strategic growth

What they’re looking for
- 3+ years experience in sales or account/project management (past advertising experience is not required!)
- Experience managing individuals or teams
- Excellent written, verbal and professional communication skills
- Experience developing and managing trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to try new things
- Strong understanding of the industry and stay on top of industry developments
- CRM system experience
- Empathetic and trustworthy
- Experience working in a small company or startup (preferred, but not essential!)

💰 £30-£35k per annum + bonus based on both individual goals & company success
