The role
This is a unique opportunity for a talented and driven individual who wants to experience working at a fast growing and globally focused media startup.
A crucial role in the team, the Creator Talent Associate will work directly with the creators No Logo support and the brands they work with. The Associate will structure campaigns and support in the full campaign lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a future leader who wants to see and learn what it is like to grow a business. This role may ultimately become a leader within a specific area of the business.

What will you be doing?
- Support a group of leading creators from across the world
- Managing campaigns for creators and advising them on this work
- Support of creative development of ad campaigns and presentation of results
- Supporting creators on business and channel strategy
- Developing strong rapport with creators
- Provide support and regular updates to creators
- Pitch new and existing brands with ideas for partnerships
- Participate in process improvements

- This is different from traditional advertising. The ability to come up with creative ideas is important but the majority of the work is selling media space and managing creators and campaigns. No Logo want to employ people from various advertising roles who are interested in this new type of work
- This is different from social media management. No Logo need to understand social media but their creators are the experts in how to create and communicate; they support the development of these businesses

What they’re looking for
- 2-3 years experience within advertising, brand management or similar role
- Creative and entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to try new things
- University Degree and strong academic background
- Experience in the working environment in a client or customer facing role
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

- Optional: experience working in a small company or startup

💰 £23k-£27k per annum + bonus based on both individual goals & company success
📍 Flexible working, Central Edinburgh office + remote work
