Role Description:
We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Assistant to join our team to help support the Partnership Team on a day-to-day basis. The successful candidate will be an efficient self starter who can juggle multiple role responsibilities and take a proactive approach to the role. Although full training and ongoing support will be given this role requires someone who can also work on their own initiative and has a can-do attitude. This is a fast-paced role with growth potential that requires curiosity and significant initiative.
You will work with the Partnership Team who manages relationships with our range of clients across Build-to-Rent and Letting Agents within the UK. Our Partnership Team at Movebubble are responsible for winning new business and working with and dealing with client queries day to day.
The Partnership team will rely on you to support them throughout their day-to-day tasks. This role also comes with career progression and would be an excellent start for someone looking to progress into Account Management or Sales. You must be extremely passionate, confident, and have that real entrepreneurial spirit and drive!
Role Responsibilities:
- Taking control of the onboarding/offboarding of new agents to the platform
- Helping to improve the customer journey experience
- Working alongside our internal teams to ensure property feeds are set up and in place
- Assisting with manual data entry
- Pulling together reports and sharing insights
- Liaise with clients and ensure that their requests regarding our platform are dealt with efficiently
- Quality checking and approving video and property submissions to the platform
- Become an expert on Movebubble and our platform
Who You Are:
- Good at working with numbers
- Has experience in a customer service role or dealing with businesses.
- Proficient computer skills with experience in using the basic features of Outlook and Excel (e.g. sorting and filtering data, uploading and editing spreadsheets)
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail
- Organised and have excellent time management skills with a strong ability to prioritise requests in line with business objectives
- Confident communication style both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced demanding environment with an excellent multitasking ability
- Solution driven and proactive in their approach to work
- Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive who can work with minimum supervision
- Educated to at least A-level /College level with strong results in Maths and English
- Experience in Proptech an advantage but not required
Location:
We are 100% remote based but will require you to be in our London office (Oxford Street) office as and when needed (1 – 2 times a month)
Salary: £22 – £25k per annum (with a 3 month probationary period)
