We are working with a new MedTech company that is aiming to help people make behavioral changes in relation to personal health. They are a super high growth health-tech start-up that delivers highly personalised help, at scale. They’ve won design awards, and already helped thousands of people, scaling their current platform to a million users and growing. They’ve raised funding from multiple high-scale investors, and now looking at how they can further expand.
They need a Frontend Engineer with recent experience in frontend development, working with javascript and Angular, to help them build the first of it’s kind digital platform. They are looking for someone who is able to take ownership of software development, UX best practices and collaborative engineering best practices. This is a chance to join a high-growth startup still at relatively early stages, exciting unchartered territory where you will be able to develop and grow fast along with the business, and learn a whole lot along the way.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, working with the team to refine stories, maintaining a high level of test coverage, and supporting multiple browsers, mobile devices and accessibility requirements.
It is of utmost importance to this business that they find someone who shares their passion and enthusiasm for the mission solving global health problems through digital therapeutics. They need someone who can bring new ideas to the table and is keen to problem-solve and move the product forward; they are paving the way with this type of technology, so need people who want to be a part of creating the technology it will take to get there.
Essential Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial work experience as a Frontend Developer.
- Experience working in a startup environment on large scale apps.
- A full understanding of Javascript, and at least two years of experience working with Angular.
- Knowledge of Typescript, LESS, and AWS.
- Maintaining a high level of test coverage
- Understanding of UX best practices, and collaborative engineering best practices.
- Optimising systems for speed and performance
- Post C-19 ability to work from the London office 2 days per week without sponsorship
- By nature you are a proactive person, able to take initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve challenges
- You should have an innate curiosity about human behaviour and health
- A passion to solve real-world problems
