Lumio is seeking a talented individual who possesses a creative blend of critical analysis and infinite curiosity. You’ll partner with our Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer, Adrian (aka Rian) to build solid operational foundations for Lumio to scale, firstly in the UK and soon the world. At an early stage of our vision, we’ve developed amazing technology and we’re at a critical junction in our growth. The role
- Define and build operational processes, ensuring that there are systems in place to achieve scalability and growth across Finance, Regulation, Governance, People & Culture, Office & Remote Working 🛠️
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing to ensure they have the operational foundations to rapidly scale adoption of the Lumio app 🚀
- Report directly to our Chief Operations Officer, Adrian (aka Rian) 🤝
- Present your work at company-wide checkins 🎁
Must haves
- Exceptional levels of personal integrity – you’ll be exposed to a number of commercially and strategically sensitive projects Life experience as a creative problem solver
- Attention to detail, but passionate about the bigger picture
- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results
- Process driven, enjoying devising processes and constantly refining them
- Naturally curious with a positive and progressive approach to problem solving
- Organised, self-sufficient and thrives from being in control of own schedule
- Very strong with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides and Word/Docs
- Analytical ability with a large dose of creativity, emotional intelligence and empathy
- A human and collaborative approach to delivering operations
- Be eligible to work in the UK, as no visa sponsorship is available for this position

- Experience of working in a fast growth tech start-up or in an operations role
