So what’s the job?

After a highly successful start to LSP Renewables’s journey, they are now looking to grow their dedicated renewable energy division.

The team are responsible for providing contract, permanent and retained search recruitment services to the leading developers and 1st tier contractors. With several large PSL’s in place and a long-standing relationship with many organisations, they are looking for a hungry and driven individual who has experience in the Recruitment sector – ideally Energy, Engineering, or Construction – and is ready for their next challenge.

Who are they looking for? 🕵️

The perfect candidate will have had a prior success in recruitment (at least 2 years) and have their sights on quick growth in the near future. Ideally, they will have some lead experience.

📍 Location: Bromley

💰 Salary: Competitive salary, within a realistic OTE of £30-40k in Year 1, increasing in Year 2
