We are looking to recruit an experienced paid social media manager to join Touker Suleyman’s “Dragons’ Den” Team, to help grow and develop the online presence of a number of start-up brands.
The role will involve being part of multiple innovative brands across different industries, each brand in a different stage of growth. There will be a particular focus on developing paid social media strategies and setting goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement online.
Desired qualities and skills
– Create and manage paid social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
– Plan content and delivery, using the appropriate tools to manage multiple social media accounts.
– Develop and manage competitions and campaigns that promote brands.
– Experience forming key relationships with influencers across social media platforms.
– Create engaging multimedia content internally as well as with external agencies.
– Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to write engaging blog posts and articles.
– Excellent time management to ensure all deadlines are met.
– Ability to prioritise tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. Adobe Photoshop experience is beneficial.
– Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of further languages is advantageous but not necessary.
– You will be working in a busy and fast paced environment with dynamic people, but you will learn a lot.
