We are looking for a full stack web developer. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.
This role is for onsite only.
Location: 1 Canada square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AA, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
Client Portal (HMTL5)
Database (PostgreSQL, or another open-source database) backend (to store data) hosted on AWS cloud
Data migration from CSV to the database backend
Front end HTML5 based client portal (to retrieve and represent data)
Client portal requirements: Permission-based data access
Security: SSL, password including 2FA, password reset policy (by user)
Event scheduler: Pre-set template to initiate an email to the client on a specific day of the month prompting the user to retrieve data from the portal
Admin UI for user management
Data output: Charts, grids, text, heatmap visualising activity
Export facility for clients: PDF, CSV, txt
Filter functionality for clients subject (to be provided)
Custom reporting functionality for portal administrators to add to the suite of reports to users
Data handling, storage and retrieval (query) requirements: 5GB per day, growing by an approx. additional 5GB per day
Fix bugs in existing projects
Skills:
technical knowledge in areas such as client-side components, server-side languages, web application frameworks and database management systems

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or
Previous working experience on using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby)
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Would also be able to cover general IT support and maintenance
The candidate should have full knowledge about developing websites from scratch and will be in a position to update or upgrade it in a regularly basis
Who can do payment integration and has clear idea about E-commerce
Who has good aesthetics on web and poster design
Salary Range:
The salary will be between 20000-25000 pounds per year. There are 3 months probation time.
