As we embark on our next phase of growth, we have several new positions to support our clients in delivering some of the most innovative and exciting digital ecosystem technology projects, from applying blockchain technology commercially to develop metaverse and NFT’s to eCommerce and CRM platforms as a service.
About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated social media content specialist to work both in our Digital Marketing business arm and our Digital Ventures team to support the creative strategy as we commercially promote and market some of the most innovative and exciting platform as a service projects.
Our ideal candidate should come with proficient experience in communications and possess outstanding written and creative skills. They should be confident in engaging with different audiences, including B2B and B2C, as our client portfolio ranges from luxury and lifestyle to next-generation technology.
Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert for social media within IMS;
- Build, manage, execute, and own full social media strategies for our internal B2B clients and strong support for external B2B clients
- Create and optimize monthly content calendars for relevant social media platforms – including strategy and campaign planning, copywriting, visual creation, post scheduling, and analysis that will generate leads for potential sales opportunities
- Communicate in a professional, but unique brand “voice” for each client
- Work with third-party social media marketing tools
- Ongoing community engagement across all social media platforms
- Track performance and conduct monthly analyses of social media accounts in ref
- Create monthly reports and analyses for client and team presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or business-related subject
- 3+ years of social media marketing experience in a corporate or agency marketing role
- Proven track record in creating and driving social media plans and campaigns with measurable results
- Understanding of B2B digital marketing and key social media channels
- Experience of social media marketing and analytics
- Strong graphic design skills, videography is a plus
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Expert level skills in utilizing third-party social media marketing tools
- Goal-oriented and data-driven mindset
