Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced CTO or Senior Developer to join our team and help us take our product to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team and the vision to guide our company through the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the development team and oversee all technical aspects of the product
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the product’s functionality and scalability
Collaborate with the executive team to align product development with business goals
Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve product performance and user experience
Manage the product development timeline and ensure deadlines are met
Mentor and train team members to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical recommendations
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, best practices, and design patterns
Experience with web and mobile app development, cloud computing, and database management
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
