You’re excited about
- Having a first hand impact in growing our tech & product significantly this year and being fully responsible for the delivery of those hires.
- Working in a 360 role and owning the whole talent acquisition process while swiftly guiding candidates through it.
- Partnering with our hiring managers and interview teams to use best in class processes and techniques.
- Sourcing candidates through various platforms and finding those hidden gems from different backgrounds.
- Employer branding and other project work to raise our brand awareness and add more than just talented people as we grow.
This is what will get us excited about you
- Previous experience in tech & product hiring, in an in-house position. You have successfully placed a number of roles ranging from Software Engineers and Engineering Managers to Product Designers and Design Leads.
- You love to advise your stakeholders. And adding value by doing more than just transactional recruitment. This includes training hiring teams, advising on market trends and suggesting appropriate talent acquisition strategies for every role.
- Candidate experience. This is something you don’t compromise on. Providing memorable experiences for your candidates is a top priority for you.
- You are passionate. About startups and high growth companies in the SaaS space. Playing a huge part and having an impact in building businesses by recruiting the best talent excites you.
- You work well in fast paced and ambiguous environments. We all know that startups can be messy – but that’s the fun part of it, right!
