About the Customer Experience Detective @ Headspace:
Headspace is looking for passionate, driven and curious people to join the Customer Experience (CX) team as Customer Experience Detectives in our London office. The customer experience team have a direct line with our users, and our Customer’s Experience Detectives are responsible for engaging and helping our users successfully navigate through their Headspace journey.
How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:
- Provide front-line customer support for our community via email, live chat, phone and social media channels.
- Handle customer requests and questions with a thoughtful, friendly and empathetic tone.
- Work closely with our customers and the Customer Experience Team to help identify and escalate issues appropriately.
- Proactively take on challenges, research information, troubleshoot problems and creatively deliver results.
What you’ve accomplished?
- BA/BS degree preferred
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service/support environment and are passionate about creating an amazing customer experience
- You’re a great writer and have a thoughtful, creative and friendly writing style
- You’re excellent under pressure and can adapt quickly in an ever-evolving environment
- You’re articulate and enthusiastic, with a great eye for detail
- You have strong critical-thinking and troubleshooting skills
- You’re technically savvy and can pick up new technology quickly
- You have a strong comfort level and familiarity with Desktop platforms, iOS and/or Android Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office a big plus.
- You are flexible and available for a regular work schedule, in addition to weekends and holidays, as we support our community 7 days a week.
