GetGround is developing the infrastructure for a global digital marketplace for assets enveloped in companies. Trillions of dollars of assets are tied in inefficient illiquid markets – think property, ships, factory machinery & infrastructure to name a few.
Enveloping an asset in a company unlocks liquidity by enabling the right legal basis for asset ownership, governance and exchange. However companies, one of humanity’s greatest inventions, are stuck in the past. We are digitising and automating the company, through:
- Programmatic incorporation and administration
- e-wallet financial infrastructure
- Automated accounting incorporating machine learning techniques and
- A secondary market platform built for scale
- To start, we’re tackling UK private residential investment property, with £1.3 trillion of stock and £30-50 billion in transactions a year.
We’re searching for an exceptional Business Development Graduate (Entry level) to join the GetGround business development team in a high impact role. Reporting to a UK Business Development Manager, you will take responsibility for initiating and developing relationships with new GetGround partners by focussing on driving our outbound sales channel.

What you will do
- Outbound sales – cold calling prospective partners and initiating meetings for the
- UK Business Development Managers
- Use your creative thinking and drive to identify new business opportunities
- Liaise cross functionally with team across GetGround to deeply understand our proposition and develop articulate and well formed engagement strategies for our partner network
- Use data, metrics and KPI’s to identify how you continuously iterate your performance as a Business Development Associate
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with your colleagues

The experience you will have
- Degree educated (ideally in a Business related field) or equivalent work experience with a passion for property, technology and financial services
- Able to demonstrate experience of generating new business via your internships or work experience whilst studying
- Proven experience of building relationships with new partners/customers
- Proven experience of passion and curiosity for the digital world
- Able to demonstrate absorbing complex information and present it in a clear, concise way to third parties
- Able to demonstrate outstanding communication skills
- Able to use MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) as well as the Google suite.
- Fluent English is essential
- You must have the right to work in the UK
