We are looking for games designers, programmers and artists, with the ambition of owning and running a start-up.
Partnered with business developers and creatives, you will select a challenge from one of our strategic partners, develop a product and business to fill a proven market opportunity, and pitch for investment to private investors. All of this in the space of one year.

A career in the games industry is notoriously difficult to pursue, especially without any experience, however, this programme allowed me to get my foot in the door. Having a strong interest in the growing indie development scene and being passionate about developing my own ideas, Launchpad gave me the opportunity to create my own games studio.”
Moonshine Studios, Marcus’ company, is now in the acceleration phase of Launchpad, and well on its way to launching its first game with a publisher.
