Part-time (.2) HR and People manager sought for international education company
An exciting, rapidly growing international education company seek an experienced HR/People office to provide top-quality part-time support across employee engagement, development & CPD, policy and document updates, and other projects as required. Join us in our leafy Fulham office for one day a week, and make a huge difference to this engaged, ambitious team! The international nature of our work means we have three global offices and the majority of our team members work remotely. We are therefore seeking applicants with experience supporting colleagues with a wide range of cultural experiences and expectations, as well as motivating staff members who work remotely and independently. It is important that each colleague, no matter their location or working pattern, feels equally part of our global team, and we are looking to you to ensure this is the case!
Key responsibilities include:
Regular engagement meetings across the team
Progression reviews for senior team members
360 feedback admin and enactment
Grievances and disciplinary system and policies
Exit interviews and procedures
Employee reward programme admin
Development opportunity and CPD guidance provided to team
Inductions for new joiners
Oversight of key documents and policies
Our ideal candidate is:
CIPD or degree-level qualified in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Experienced working with small companies or start-ups
Happy to apply knowledge to new challenges from their wide-ranging skillset
Experienced in employee engagement and development
Confident handling grievances and assisting in disciplinary matters
Experienced supporting team members working in-office and remotely
Excited by the prospect of getting stuck in and making the role their own
Remuneration:
£32-35k pro rata for 1 day a week (8 hrs)
