We are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join the team at our HQ in King’s Cross, London.
Reporting to our Fulfilment Manager and working closely with our Inventory Coordinator you will:
- Support the team with stock-to-sales processes including: receipt of factory orders, preparing product launches, quality control
- Assist the Inventory Coordinator with stock replenishment and all stock counts, including spot checks and quarterly counts
- Upkeep of product, logging of faults and handling returns
- Quick fulfilment of Home Try Ons and upkeep of stock
- Fulfilment of orders with our key wholesale partners
- Supporting the HQ Lab team with quality assurance, lens ordering and glazing
- Contribute ideas to weekly Operations meetings

This is a full-time permanent role. You must be available to work Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week.
