We’re seeking talented Operations Associates to join our team.
The role is full time and will be based at our brand new HQ in King’s Cross.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of the team as we seek to grow from a successful start-up to a globally recognised brand. You will be given the opportunity to learn a huge amount, take on responsibility, and genuinely progress within the company.
The role:
· Reporting to the Head of Operations and Senior Operations Associates, the Operations Associate will work across numerous facets of the business to ensure it runs in a streamlined, efficient manner
· A particular focus on processing orders, managing inventory, and updating the eCommerce platform
. Working closely with our customer service department to ensure excellent and efficient service is provided across all sales channels
· The role is Monday-Friday, working from 9 to 5.30 (with a lunch break)

Qualifications:
· No previous operations or retail experience is required; attitude, ambition and cultural fit are most important
· Experience of Excel is a bonus

Remuneration:
· £18,500 pa, with an annual performance bonus
