CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE – CUBITTS, SAUSAGE FACTORY
We are seeking a talented Customer Service Associate to join our team. As we look to deliver amazing customer service, you will support our customers throughout their Cubitts experience. You will be on hand to deliver fast, efficient and personal support to any customer who needs a helping hand.
The role:
● You will manage live chat, email, telephone, and social media channels for all customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
● You will be processing orders, managing returns and answering product queries
● You will work together with the Operations team to provide speedy order turnaround
● You will offer support to our retail teams to help create a seamless customer experience
● You will be creative and constantly consider new ways to help us provide the best possible customer service
● You will engage with colleagues from all other departments to ensure we are always improving what we do

● You have at least 1 year’s experience in a customer service role
● Previous optical experience is preferred
This is a full time position of 40 hours per week. Shift patterns will be dependent on the needs of the business.
