Creative Designer & Illustrator

Location: Sheffield, UK or Remote

Salary: £18,00-£24,000 DOE

Hours: 37.5, Full-time

Recruiter: Evie Moss

Do you want to work in a lively, imaginative department? Do you love the alignment tool as much as you love the challenge of drawing hands? Does the thought of tackling a new challenge every day tickle your taste buds? Then this is the role for you.

Our Designer/Illustrators are as passionate about good design as they are great illustration. They’re ideas people, keen to maintain our high design standards and knock the socks off our clients! Talking of our clients, they come from all over the business and so our workload is incredibly varied. Our designer/illustrators could be designing a tote bag for Malta one day and coming up with a global campaign concept the next. They’re detail orientated, organised and comfortable designing and illustrating for both print & digital. They’re confident working with the Twinkl Global Brand but know when to push the boundaries.

That said, they don’t spend all their time in Adobe. They’re also great at chatting to people across the business, interpreting briefs to understand how we can best support our clients. They join the dots and collaborate across the team to deliver incredible assets.

As a visual person, you’ll probably find the best way to understand what we do is to have a flick through our monthly report slides.

● Illustration: lettering, doodles, illustrated merchandise and brand illustrations

● Design: membership guides, visual identities, digital assets
