ROLE SUMMARY
This London based role will be an incredible first job for an ambitious, fearless graduate to build their career. It would also be a fantastic starting point for someone who one day aspires to found their own company. Working closely with our CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Building a deep understanding of our target customer through customer interviews and other research. You will need to develop a deep empathy that can enable us to market effectively to them.
- Crafting and disseminating content marketing campaigns and working with external contractors to produce them.
- Running experiments with digital marketing channels to acquire new customers; and subsequent ongoing management of those channels.
- Overseeing the company’s website and its efficacy in converting visitors to sign ups and working with external contractors to improve it.
- Preparing and reporting on our marketing analytics. We presently use Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
- Creating and running webinars as part of the company’s buying process.
- Management of the company’s social media accounts.
- Crafting and running email marketing campaigns. We currently use Mailchimp.
- Planning and organising our exhibiting at industry events.
ABOUT YOU
- You will be extremely ambitious.
- You will love learning (fast!). You will be comfortable (well, as comfortable as it’s possible to be!) learning through trial and error.
- You will have strong commercial and business acumen with an instinct for opportunity.
- You don’t need to be an amateur netless tightrope walker, but you will be comfortable with the need to take risks in the role.
- You will have excellent communication skills.
- You will have strong time management and prioritisation skills. There will be lots of balls to juggle in this role.
- You will be someone who thrives working in a high speed environment.
- You will be excited to experiment with different digital marketing channels.
- You have good analytical skills. Any existing spreadsheet skills are a bonus. But an excitement to learn is all that is required. Knowing your Vlookups from your Hlookups will be key in this role!
