The role
The Growth Marketing Executive will be tasked with driving growth at Carl Friedrik by evaluating, executing and scaling new initiatives. This involves performance marketing channels, but certainly doesn’t end there. They embrace a wide scope of projects.
The successful candidate will help to develop and execute Cal Friedrik’s performance marketing strategy from the ground up, maximising ROI and ensuring they’re on track to meet their goals.

Like The Curated, Carl Friedrik is a fashion brand selling luxury items directly to consumers.
What will you be doing?
- Identify, test and scale growth initiatives.
- Help to manage existing performance channels (Paid Social, Search, Display and others).
- Analyse performance across the business, from email marketing performance to NPS surveys.
- Support the execution of campaigns, analyse and optimise performance.
- Build performance and business intelligence reports for management.
- Work directly with the founders, playing a key role in shaping Carl Friedrik’s growth strategy.

An analytical mindset is crucial to succeeding in this role. You should enjoy working with data to find patterns and opportunities. You should be familiar with Excel and ideally have experience with analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Tableau etc).
