Have a passion for the future of business? Great at communicating your knowledge? This EdTech start-up is on the lookout for talented coaches to help others to drive business value in the digital age.
So what’s the job? 👀
Multiverse’s Business Transformation Coaches facilitate, coach, and mentor learning experiences for apprentices throughout their journey on the Business Transformation Fellowship. They have an incredibly rewarding job guiding apprentices at different stages of their journey and helping them adapt to doing business in the digital age.
You will be responsible for your own cohort of apprentices, ensuring they develop into successful professionals. Your role will be a mixture of facilitating group and one to one coaching sessions and delivering taught workshops to support apprentices to develop the skills needed to manage projects and drive positive change in the modern workplace. A typical week might see you spending 50% of your time delivering course content, 30% conducting 1-1s with apprentices, and 20% on auxiliary tasks to support your direct work with apprentices.
What content will you be delivering? ✏️
You will be delivering the 13 month Business Transformation Fellowship programme, aimed at ambitious business professionals who manage and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives. In each module you’ll be delivering a mixture of group workshops as well as one to one and small group coaching sessions. Apprentices will be working towards their Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship Qualification.
You will hold a pivotal role in helping Multiverse achieve their social mission by building a business which can match talent to apprenticeship opportunities at some of the UK’s most exciting companies.

These are the essentials…
- You have experience in project delivery, managing business change, or leading on business transformation and can use these experiences to bring your teaching of related concepts to life

- Strong communication skills honed from experience in hosting and facilitating group discussions
- A desire to have a positively shape the development of others
You’ll also have some of these…

If you don’t quite tick all the boxes but you’re passionate about teaching business transformation, then Multiverse still has a place for you. Perhaps you’re a great professional mentor, but your knowledge of the modern business landscape is not quite up to scratch, or your knowledge of the digital revolution and its effects on businesses is up there with the best, but it’s been a little while since your last experience teaching or tutoring.
