To drive these relationships forward and build upon this thriving ecosystem we are looking for a partner marketing manager to scale our partner strategy. Internally, we refer to this role as an Ecosystem Marketing Manager because it builds a community-centric approach to growth marketing.
Why is this role important for Automata?
The Ecosystem Marketing Manager is a new role that sits within Marketing and the wider Commercial team. It will be the linchpin in building a thriving community of users and partners and will be a fundamental part of our overall business growth plans for 2021 and beyond. This is a mid level role working alongside our marketing, sales and customer success teams the Ecosystem Manager will take ownership for the success of our growing customer and partner ecosystem. Automata’s partners include resellers, distributors, system integrators, OEM (original equipment manufacturers) and accessory partners. Our partner marketing strategy is currently in its infancy, with your role being to codify and scale it. Your contribution will have an immediate impact. In this role, you will be
- Co-creating and owning Automata’s 2021 partner marketing strategy
- Scaling our partner support from ad hoc one-to-one to a formalised program
- Designing, building and growing Automata’s end-user community
- Co-creating and sharing joint content and resources (such as case studies, events and webinars) with our ecosystem
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure the commercial success of partnerships
- Setting KPIs and benchmark success and impact of your work
What it takes
- 3+ years experience in B2B marketing
- Experience creating and managing CRM, email marketing, community building and social campaigns and strategies
- Previous success in launching new technologies, products and services
- Ability to creatively synthesize complex products and client needs into simple, powerful stories
- A track record in delivering analysis and reporting, comfortable with data and analytics
- Understanding of leveraging data and insights to drive commercial outcomes
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and oversee ideas through from conception to completion
