We are currently looking for a Programme Manager to join the Authentise team for a project beginning in April. The project will be a 6 month full-time contract, with the potential to be longer. The tasks will involve:
Grant/Project Management:
Help guide our successful Innovate UK grants from start to end, including: initial project planning, project management, reporting, partner management and more
Customer Success:
Accompany clients through the onboarding process, including training, capturing additional requirements and addressing potential bugs
Help deliver documentation in various forms: Technical specifications, help pages and more
Manual testing of the platform prior to release (this will help you get a feel for the product)
Business Development:
Grant and proposal writing and review
Site visits and demos for UK or EU based targets
For some of these you’ll be reporting to the CEO, also based in the UK, and for others you’ll be working directly with the customer success and engineering teams based in Philadelphia and Ukraine.
This role is perfect for somebody just getting into full time employment, figuring out what exactly they want to do. The role has many facets and autonomy, while also being able to work within a high performing team. As the company grows you may be able to focus specifically on the areas you enjoy most. You’re likely to have following skills and qualifications:
Innovate UK Program Management (1+ years)
Grant administration
Impeccable organisation skills
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently, and also collaborate with others
Strong critical thinking skills
Fluent in German but not required
While we can help you get co-working space locally it is very unlikely that there will be a formal office in London or surrounding area until Summer 2021. We strongly encourage applicants of all backgrounds. The role starts April 1, 2020.
