The role
Aura is looking for a Sales Representative who will work directly with the Aura CMO and Head of Product. Your main goal will be closing in-bound sales leads.

What will you be doing?
- Smash sales targets and supercharge company growth
- Being knowledgeable about Aura’s product and service
- Contacting new potential customers to discuss needs
- Answering questions about the products and emphasising product features that highlight how they solve customer problems
- Proactively scheduling and monitoring queues to ensure service levels are met
- Explaining pricing and terms and sending sales links
- Following up sales funnel to close sale
- Gathering best-practice, setting standard-operating procedures for case-based scenarios, making recommendations on marketing messaging, and further defining of this role. Given the right prerequisites, this person has the opportunity to grow into the head of sales as additional hires are added to the team.

- Worked in an industry that is FCA compliant, i.e. financial services or insurance.
- 3+ years sales experience with understanding of best practices for sales closing
- Enthusiasm and positivity for the subject with an understanding of the profound impact this role can have on Aura’s customers lives and their families
- A go above-and-beyond customer service attitude
- Highly personable and empathetic, but business-minded
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Fluent in English
- Analytical in terms understanding and improving metrics
- Team player in terms of proactive partnering with team members to ensure close and to reducing time to close
- An entrepreneurial mindset – challenging norms, taking responsibility and thinking out of the box
- Enthusiastic to join an family-lead company and to become a long-term member of the team
- Highly organised and computer literate to work with IT and CRM systems
