We are an Aerospace research startup with current focus in developing a branch of educational labs, to reshape STEM education. The Applied Atomics community of engineers, researchers, and teachers combined, want to take on some of the world’s most prominent and challenging issues through technologically driven lab sessions set to inspire, revolutionise, and completely invigorate STEM education! We are a ground level research startup seeking to make long term innovations in the lab, and immediate change teaching labs. We will do this through our unique model that combines both research and education interests.

Required Experience
Our ideal candidate to join the core team would have:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience (B2B favoured)
- Must have a degree in relevant Marketing field Team building and development
- Experience in leading and developing marketing functions from ground up
- Experience in UK STEM education sector and/or teaching experience
- Good communication and team working skills
- Great content creation and branding skills Interest in engineering or science industries.
The Role
Being part of the core team you will be expected to contribute to all key functions of the business.
The main roles include:
1) Lead in Core Marketing functions
- Plan, implement and manage internal marketing strategies for the business
- Devise innovative marketing initiatives that change the game
- Lead and run social media marketing functions
- Endorsement uptake and management
- Bringing to life campaigns embodying our core values and promoting social change
2) Content Creation + Branding
- Develop company content from sales decks to newsletter articles to cadences
- Assist in developing a company website true to our brand
- Develop a company brand, unified voice, persona and story
3) Data Capture and Analysis
- Conducting research, analyse data to identify and define audiences
- Devising and presenting data that influence core ideas and strategies
- Develop data and CRM capture tools for the business

Location
We are a London based company. The selected candidate should ideally be located in London with a right to work in the UK.
