Role Overview:
As the Co-Founder & CTO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the technical vision of the company. You will work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to develop AI-powered solutions that transform the hiring process. Your role will be a mix of hands-on technical development and high-level strategic leadership, ensuring that our technology is scalable, secure, and aligned with the business goals.
Working with CEO and Co-founder, repeat co-founder (3rd Co.), 1 successful exit. Raised multiple rounds, over £20m. Also operated as VP Finance, VP Operations.
