About the Role
This is our first CRM hire for the Admiral Pioneer studio team, and it’s a big one. You’ll be taking on accountability for our fresh SFMC system, and responsible for working with our different business units to understand, document and deploy their Salesforce requirements. From technical set up, to campaign implementation and reporting, you’ll be our point person for all things CRM.
We’re building a community of growth and marketing team members across all of the Admiral Pioneer businesses as well as a central Studio team which means you’ll get to work with, and have your work supported by, a wide range of talented colleagues.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning Salesforce Marketing Cloud for our whole studio’s CRM needs. From supporting businesses working out what their first customer interactions should look like, to helping more established brands optimise their comms.
- Getting your hands dirty as you build up our use of the platform taking us from simple configuration through to advanced use-cases, then later build a team of experts to support your work.
- Working with our marketing, service design, and product teams to come up with the best possible customer journeys and experiences for users from across the spectrum of the multiple businesses we’re building.
About You
Experience and Skills You Might Have:
- Know the Tools – Years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – especially Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Building from Scratch – You’ve got experience building new paths and content, establishing a new CRM system from a blank sheet.
- Comfortable in HTML, AMPscript, and a bit of SQL.
- Working with Data – You’ll be doing a lot of analysis and data crunching to work out the effectiveness and direction of our work, so you’ll need a head for numbers.
- Thinking Creatively – As well as the data, you’ll need to bring the counterbalance of creative thinking, coming up with new ideas to test and totally new approaches to our business problems.
- Working at Pace – We’re building multiple businesses rapidly, so you’ll need to be comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity as we move fast and iterate.
